Insigna featured in Imóveis de Valor

The value of green spaces in metropolises is the focus of a recent article in Imóveis de Valor, part of the Valor Econômico newspaper. Among the featured projects is Insigna, designed by Königsberger Vannucchi for Azo, Carvalho Hosken, and Osher.

The relationship between architecture and nature is becoming increasingly fundamental in new developments. Located next to an environmental protection area, the residential complex offers stunning views of the Barra da Tijuca Peninsula in Rio de Janeiro. The project addressed challenges such as making the best use of available land and designing suspended homes that still maintain a strong connection to the surrounding environment.
