Sou Perdizes
Rua Bartira, Perdizes, São Paulo, Brasil
Sou Perdizes is a mixed-use building integrated into the neighbourhood in the western zone of São Paulo. The area is undergoing transformation through the process of verticalization and the arrival of the Orange Line of the metro. With nearly 11,000 m² of built area, the project stands out for its volumetry, shaped by the L-shaped plot, with each block’s height aligned to that of the neighbouring buildings.
The long-stay studios were strategically positioned on Rua Cardoso de Almeida, while the residential area stretches along Rua Bartira. The project’s layout resulted in the creation of a well-designed access area with integrated landscaping, commercial spaces, and public waiting and socializing areas at ground level.
To maintain visual and functional cohesion with surrounding buildings, design elements and materials were chosen to respect and complement existing structures. The color palette was selected to reflect the neighbourhood’s predominant tones, creating a visual connection with the surrounding landscape.
