Essential Brooklin, developed in partnership with OneDI, occupies an L-shaped site in the Brooklin neighbourhood of São Paulo, within a block that was originally mixed-use — a characteristic preserved in the project, which combines commercial spaces at both corners, studios at the base, and larger apartments in the tower.
The corner at Dr. Marcelo Fernando Calabria Street was designed to accommodate a restaurant that previously occupied the site. Along this small street, the wide pavement forms
a boulevard; the building is lower in height and clad in warm-toned ceramic, creating a welcoming presence and engaging in dialogue with the neighbourhood’s pre-existing architecture.
