Site Layout Solution for NIK Paulista

The NIK Paulista project resolves a complex layout on a narrow, sloping site. Access to the tower is provided via the side boulevard, freeing the frontage for a generous commercial space — a solution that responds to the character of Augusta Street.

At the highest point of the site, the leisure area integrates with green space. By designing units oriented to both the front and rear, the façades become more dynamic, complemented by planters and brise-soleils.

The slender floor plates on the sides lend a sense of lightness to the overall composition and connect urban living with the surrounding landscape.
