HY Pinheiros Gains Media Attention and Awards Recognition

HY Pinheiros, our project for Porto Ferraz and Hire Capital, has been receiving recognition in both national and international media. With a permeable ground floor and distinctive V- shaped columns, the building establishes a fluid relationship with the urban environment, activating its façade and enhancing engagement with Teçaindá Street and Rebouças Avenue. The raised first floor ensures unobstructed views of the surrounding area.

The development is featured in the 2025 Yearbook of PROJETO Magazine, which highlights some of the most significant architectural works of the past year, and has recently been published on international architecture platforms such as Dwell, Designverse, and Archilovers. These publications underscore HY Pinheiros as a contemporary architectural landmark.

The project is also competing for the Guardian Top Projects 2025 Award, which recognises innovative use of glass in contemporary architecture, highlighting the façade solution adopted at HY Pinheiros.
