Liliana Vergamini Luna de Sá presents the panel Focus and Management at the AsBEA Convention in Salvador

Our Director of Operations, Liliana Vergamini Luna de Sá, took part in the AsBEA 2025 Convention, where she presented the panel “Focus and Management”. In her talk, Liliana introduced the firm and its team profile, showcased selected projects, and discussed the importance of continual reinvention over time.

According to Liliana, “In a context of growing complexity, it is essential to balance creativity and efficiency, adapt to new business models, embrace technology and sustainable practices, and value human capital”.

She outlined the firm’s project workflow and organisational structure, emphasising the importance of a robust computing infrastructure, the use of BIM and related tools, and presented project cases featuring applied technology and artificial intelligence. The session concluded with a panel discussion alongside Miriam Addor (Addor & Partners) and Vitor Pessoa (Vipe Architecture), who shared their perspectives on the topic.

The convention took place from 15 to 18 October in Salvador, Bahia. The firm’s participation was highlighted on the Radar Imobiliário portal, where AsBEA-BA President Moah Torres underscored the importance of the practice as an example of sound planning: “Königsberger Vannucchi is synonymous with solidity, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to the quality of Brazilian architecture. Having them on the management panel is crucial to showing that good architecture is also built through planning and a vision for the future”.
