ADIT Technical Mission on “Mixed-Use”

On March 23, we received at our office the opening of ADIT’s Mixed-Use Technical Mission. On that occasion, our partner and CEO, Daniel Toledo, gave a presentation about the firm’s work, highlighting mixed-use projects, especially the Brascan Century Plaza. We were also joined by Juliana Amaral, General Manager of Staybridge Suites, who shared some of her experience with hotel operations. Following that, the participants took a tour of the plaza and the ground floor of the BCP complex buildings. Thus, they were able to see the project up close and discuss its concept and technical details.

Our Project Director, João Payar, accompanied the entire mission itinerary, which also visited Platina 220, a mixed-use development with multiple functions in a single tower, a project developed in partnership with Porte Engenharia e Urbanismo and part of the Eixo Platina, an urbanism project developed with Porte that has been transforming the East Zone of São Paulo. In addition to Platina 220, Almagah 227 and Métria 624 are part of Eixo Platina and are also mixed-use projects, resulting from the partnership between Königsberger Vannucchi and Porte.
