Esther Ibirapuera is located near the MM15 building—also designed by Königsberger Vannucchi—in São Paulo. This mixed-use complex consists of three towers with residential units—ranging from three to four bedrooms—and includes a commercial area on the ground floor.
The apartment layouts follow a modular design that allows for multiple configurations, offering expanded, integrated, or separated living spaces. The balconies feature continuous planters that interact with the surrounding greenery, integrating the buildings with the tree-lined neighbourhood.
The development also prioritizes the pedestrian experience, with wide sidewalks and landscaping that enhances the urban context, creating a fluid transition between architecture and city.
