The tower, which integrates both residential and corporate uses, displays two distinct architectural styles that reflect its functional divisions.
At the top of the residential tower, a complete leisure area includes a gym and a lounge, providing privileged views and spaces for relaxation that encourage interaction among residents.
The corporate tower, featuring duplex floors, includes a shared-use terrace for condominium tenants—a valuable feature in the post-pandemic context.
The ventilated façade and high-performance glass give Métria 624 a contemporary appearance and ensure energy efficiency, aligning the project with sustainability goals and urban integration.
