The Top Towers complex, located on a narrow plot at the intersection of Avenidas Paulista, Vergueiro, and Vinte e Três de Maio, was guided by two main principles: to optimize the construction potential by maximizing private and common areas, and to create a striking volumetric form.
A sculptural interplay of solids and voids makes the complex a visual landmark for the millions of São Paulo residents who pass through these avenues.
The towers house compact office units with flexible layouts that allow for multiple configurations, ensuring both functionality and versatility. Arranged in a staggered manner and facing opposite directions, the towers lend a sense of dynamism to the ensemble, while the front setback is occupied by a garden that integrates public space with the plot.
