Alvōre: Sea Views from Every Unit

In the Alvōre project, developed for Arthaus Real Estate Developer and Design, the building’s layout was key to ensuring sea views from every unit. The floor configuration, with four apartments per level, addresses a common challenge on sites with a single frontage to the landscape.

Through precise arrangement of the units and careful programme distribution, it was possible to create an architectural volume without distinct fronts or backs, maximising the potential of the plot.

At the block’s corner near Quilombo Beach in the town Penha, Santa Catarina state, Brazil the building base establishes a dialogue with the immediate surroundings, maintaining a connection with pedestrian scale and the landscape.
