Completed project – Arte Concreta

In Arte Concreta, a residential project for Nortis Incorporadora, large terraces with planters highlight this prominent corner of the Jardins neighborhood. The floor plan connects intimate and social areas through a 45-degree garden, bringing more greenery inside the apartments.

With a contemporary design, the project incorporates elements and materials of modernism, such as brise-soleils and exposed concrete. Embracing its corner location and leafy surroundings, the building promotes integration of the social area with the urban environment, while the first floor houses leisure spaces.
