Contemporary design at Essential Perdizes

Essential Perdizes by One is the first collaboration between Königsberger Vannucchi and One DI. The building is located on the corner of Iperoig and João Ramalho streets, in the Perdizes neighbourhood, São Paulo’s West Zone. The design takes advantage of the corner location and terrain slope, with a base of studio units that relate to the pedestrian scale and nearby surroundings.

The tower, featuring 184m² residential units, stands out in the skyline with a contemporary design that plays with volumetry, offering new impressions with each perspective.
