Daniel Toledo at the Rio Construction Summit 2025

On 25 September, Daniel Toledo, partner and CEO of Königsberger Vannucchi, took part in the roundtable discussion “The Impact of High-Rise Buildings on Cities and the Property Market: Development and Innovation” as part of the Rio Construction Summit 2025. Held at Mauá Pier, the event centred on knowledge and innovation within the construction sector.

Alongside Daniel, the panel featured Roberto de Souza (CEO of CTE – Centre for Building Technology), Stéphane Domeneghini (executive director of Talls Solutions, FG Group), and Enio Barbosa (partner-director at EDATEC Engineering). The discussion brought together diverse perspectives on how tall buildings shape urban form, drive innovation, and influence the property market.

The speakers had previously participated in “High-Rise Buildings in Brazil”, organised by Enredes/CTE, and this new encounter continued and deepened that conversation, reflecting the growing relevance of high-rise development in Brazil’s construction market.
