Highlighted Project: Galeria Lorena

Our first 2025 launch in São Paulo comes via Tellus and SDI: Galeria Lorena. Located on a prime corner at Alameda Lorena and Augusta, the ground floor of this project engages with the street through a wide sidewalk and a retail space on the corner. The base, consisting of studio and one-bedroom units, extends the neighbouring building and integrates with the landscape of the Jardins neighbourhood.

On Alameda Lorena, the double-height entrance hall stands out, giving access to the residential tower. With warm tones, brise-soleils, and lush greenery along the planters, the project blends an essentially urban lifestyle with well-being.
