The Infinity Towers by Tarraf, in São José do Rio Preto, occupies a triangular site in a strategic location, close to Iguatemi Mall and other regional projects by the firm, such as the Montelena Building and Tarraf Square Garden.
Developed in partnership with Tarraf, this mixed-use project combines commercial spaces, residential studios, and a ground-floor mall, organised around a central glass lobby that structures circulation and connects interior and exterior. The plaza features a reflecting pool and gently sloping surfaces that soften level changes, enhancing usability and urban permeability.
On the rooftop, a metal walkway hosts leisure areas and restaurants, linking the building blocks and reinforcing the mixed-use complex as a new visual landmark for the city.
