Lisbô, a project by Königsberger Vannucchi in partnership with Tellus and Benx, is located on the corner of Lisboa and Alcides Pertiga streets in Pinheiros, São Paulo, and presents a diversity of housing typologies and integration with the surrounding area. The 1,086 m² plot houses 236 units, including HIS, HMP, and standard market-rate residential units. On the ground floor, a store occupies the corner, and the marquee invites outdoor socializing.
Leisure facilities are distributed between the ground floor and an intermediate floor with a privileged view, bringing together a gym, swimming pool, and wellness area. The stepped volume generates a wide variety of floor plans, and the façade combines earthy tones, solar protection, and vertical panels that create rhythm. With no parking spaces for cars, the building encourages active mobility through a structured bike parking area and shared services.
