Alameda 45

Alameda 45 is a project developed in partnership with SDI and Tellus in a unique location at the intersection of Alameda Santos and Rua Rafael de Barros, just steps away from Avenida Paulista.

In this video, our Project Director, Alexandre Daud, explains the concept behind the project. The corner is highlighted both in form, rounded and visually permeable, and in function, featuring three stores and generous landscaping.

Above the base, one floor is dedicated to leisure with a large outdoor living area including a swimming pool, gym, spa, and playroom. The fact that it is elevated ensures sunlight, privileged views, and creates a transition zone between the apartments and the street, providing privacy for residents.
