Book – Apartment Building Architecture

Königsberger Vannucchi is featured in the book Apartment Building Architecture, published by Braun Verlag. Edited by Chris Van Uffelen, the publication presents the Montelena project, developed in partnership with TARRAF Inc. in São José do Rio Preto, alongside international works in Copenhagen (BIG), Amsterdam (MVRDV), Varna (STARH), and London (Wilkinson Eyre), among others, offering a global overview of contemporary residential architecture.

The Montelena project combines the movement of its terraces with a site plan that engages in dialogue with its surroundings. Architecture is a cultural product, reflecting its time, technology, and context. International recognition further fuels the passion for the craft.
