Yesterday we welcomed a visit from students of the Faculty of Architecture of Unicamp to our office, as part of the course taught by Professor Ana Regina Mizrahy Cuperschmid.

The students visited the Esther Ibirapuera construction site, our project in partnership with Even, and were able to learn in practice.

The visits were accompanied by our Technical Director Carla Estrella and our Design and Construction Practice Leader Caio Morengui, who discussed the interface between design and construction.

Bueno Brandão 257, a high-end residential project developed in partnership with Tegra, has been featured by Dezeen.

The publication highlighted the elements that make up the facade: “Exposed concrete floor plates run along the facade and are intersected by planes of Finnish timber cladding.”

And the project’s biophilia: “On its northeast facade, it is lined with planters to provide shading, solar filtering and ‘reinforce the biophilic language’.”

On March 23rd, we received at our office the opening of ADIT’s Mixed-Use Technical Mission, conducted by Camila de Oliveira, Superintendent of Real Estate Market at ADIT. On that occasion, our partner and CEO, Daniel Toledo, gave a presentation about the firm’s work, highlighting mixed-use projects, especially the Brascan Century Plaza. We were also joined by Juliana Amaral, General Manager of Staybridge Suites, who shared some of her experience with hotel operations. Following that, the participants took a tour of the plaza and the ground floor of the BCP complex buildings. Thus, they were able to see the project up close and discuss its concept and technical details.

Our Project Director, João Payar, accompanied the entire mission itinerary, which also visited Platina 220, a mixed-use development with multiple functions in a single tower, a project developed in partnership with Porte Engenharia e Urbanismo and part of the Eixo Platina, an urbanism project developed with Porte that has been transforming the East Zone of São Paulo. In addition to Platina 220, Almagah 227 and Métria 624 are part of Eixo Platina and are also mixed-use projects, resulting from the partnership between Königsberger Vannucchi and Porte.

Our project Bueno Brandão 257, developed in partnership with Tegra, has been published in the 2026 Yearbook of Projeto Magazine.
